Alfonso offers Vibrational and Energy Healing massage where he creates a nurturing space for you to connect with your soul on a profound level, allowing for healing, recharging, transformation, and expansion of your mind, body, and energy.
The session starts with some breath work and meditation, gently guiding focus inward to clear the mind and centre ourselves in the body.
Next, you are guided to use your voice to release emotions and dissolve energy blockages, creating space for deep integration and healing.
Now, it's time to receive the nurturing energy of Reiki, replenishing your body with what it truly needs and deserves.
Lastly, the experience is amplified with the soothing resonance of sound healing instruments, amplifying the sensations and enriching the journey, helping you to navigate this path of healing with simplicity, acceptance, and profound gratitude.
Each session is a unique opportunity to harmonize your being and align with your true essence, paving the way for a life filled with vitality, balance, and abundance.
Pricing: 75 minute session - 50 Euros
Alfonso will be offering one-on-one and group healing sessions at estudi terra every Tuesday afternoon.

About Alfonso
Alfonso’s spiritual awakening began almost 10 years ago when he found himself feeling anxious and stressed, with no clear direction in life and neglecting his well-being. So, he took the bold step to quit his job and ventured through Southeast Asia, where he immersed himself in meditation and self-care, seeking clarity. It was during this journey that he recognized a void in his life – music. Despite abandoning classical piano in his teens due to its rigidity, his travels through Australia sparked a desire to reconnect with it. However, it wasn't until a transformative trip to India that he found himself drawn to the path of Reiki and felt a deep calling to reconnect with music more therapeutically. He enrolled in a Sound Ceremony course, where he experienced the profound power of sound, vibration, voice medicine, and the healing energy of sharing circles.
